X-Ten Snow Returns Policy

 

7-Day Online Change of mind policy*:

If the product does not fit or you simply change your mind within 7 days (of receiveing product, not just purchase date), pay the return shipping or drop the item in to our store and receive a full refund. If you are sending a product back, please drop us a message to let us keep an eye out for the package.
*Outside of Canterbury only.

General Return Policy:

Warranty: If the item is under warranty then X-Ten will repair or replace the item within 2 weeks. If repair or replacement is not possible a refund will be given. 
Online Change of mind after 7days and within 14 days:  We offer store credit for change of mind items between 7 and 14 days of receiving your product.
Change of mind in-store purchases or in Canterbury: We offer store credit for all items where you change your mind within 7 days of purchase for all purchases made in-store or customers based in Canterbury.
Secondhand Items: All secondhand items are sold on an 'as-is' basis and no refunds will be given.
Sale Items: These items are not eligible for a refund.

 

Note on Refunds:

Items must be in original condition (apart from the purpose of trying on) with packaging and tags and available for resale, with prrof of purchase.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned due to Hygiene Regulations include: goggles, hats, helmets, thermals, socks, underwear, sunscreen.
