X-Ten Snow Returns Policy

 

7-Day Change of mind policy:

If the product does not fit or you simply change your mind within 7 days (of receiveing product, not just purchase date), pay the return shipping or drop the item in to our store and receive a full refund. If you are sending a product back, please drop us a message to let us keep an eye out for the package.

General Return Policy:

Warranty: If the item is under warranty then X-Ten will repair or replace the item within 2 weeks. If repair or replacement is not possible a refund will be given. 
Change of mind: If you change your mind after 7 days (of receiving your product), a store credit will be issued.
Secondhand Items: All secondhand items are sold on an 'as-is' basis and no refunds will be given.
Sale Items: These items are not eligible for a refund.

 

Note on Refunds:

Unfortunately we don't have facility to refund directly onto your card. You will receive a bank transfer from Snow Xchange Ltd. A representative will contact you for you details.
Covid-19: Order now and you can still change your mind 7 days after RECEIVING the product, not just date of purchase. We have extended this as we know it might be some time till services return to normal.
